I shop on tienda.com regularly, and the loyalty program is, uh, fine overall. The points do add up, but it feels slow. Some of the rewards are actually useful, while others don’t really seem worth much. I’d say it’s okay if you already shop there anyway, but I wouldn’t go out of my way for it.

I found a good range of stuff on Tienda.com and was able to get most of what I needed without much hassle. A few colors I wanted weren’t available, which was a little annoying, but not a huge deal. i got distracted halfway through shopping because I started making coffee and forgot what I was even looking for, but the site was easy enough to come back to and keep browsing. Overall, a decent shopping experience...

The order tracking was clear overall. I kept checking it now and then, mostly because I was impatient, but it updated fine and I knew where my package was. Nothing confusing really, and the order showed up without any issues.

I ordered the wrong size and figured exchanging it would be simple, but it turned into way more work than it should’ve been. Customer support kept asking me for the same info over and over, then just stopped replying for days. On top of that, I still had to pay for shipping again, which was really annoying. It felt like I was doing all the chasing just to fix a basic size issue. Definitely not worth the headache, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering from tienda.com again.

I ordered from tienda.com and had a simple question about my delivery, which apparently was a much bigger ask than I realized. It took several days just to get a basic response from customer service, and when they finally got back to me, the answer was vague, so I had to follow up again. The item itself was fine, so there’s that, but the support experience was definitely frustrating. Not the absolute worst experience ever, but I did expect a little more effort.

The order itself was totally fine, but the shipping fee caught me off guard?! It made the total feel way more expensive than it should’ve been, and not really worth it for me. I probably won’t be ordering again anytime soon

The prices were okay, not amazing but not bad either. I ordered it sometime last week, or maybe earlier, I lost track, and the value seemed decent overall. The shipping cost felt a bit high though, which kind of took away from the deal for me.

I ordered four things from La Tienda. Only two were right. One item came in the wrong color. Another was totally different from what I picked.
Customer service did reply. But it took some time. I also had to send photos twice. That was annoying.
The price was fine. No issue there. But the order accuracy was really bad. I’m not sure I’d order again anytime soon.

I had to wait way too long to get my refund back. I can’t remember exactly when I requested it, maybe a couple weeks ago, or longer, but it definitely felt like ages. Not the best experience, honestly.

I did end up getting my order, but it showed up two days later than expected. The tracking worked here and there, but it wasn’t reliable enough to really know what was going on. After I paid, the lack of clear updates made me a bit nervous, like I wasn’t totally sure if everything was still on track.

"Easy return, no hassle at all"
I had to send back a pair of shoes from tienda.com because I somehow picked the wrong size, totally my fault, and the return process was actually really easy. The form was easy to find, and the label showed up right away, which I appreciated because I was expecting it to be more of a thing.
I dropped the package off the next day and then, before I even started wondering about the refund, it had already come through faster than I expected. No back and forth, no strange questions, no headache. Smooth overall, and I’d definitely order from them again.

"Prices weren’t really worth it"
I checked out tienda.com expecting the prices to be better, but most of the stuff I looked at was the same price or even higher than other sites. There are a few decent deals here and there, but overall it was kind of disappointing. Also, I really didn’t like that there wasn’t any real human contact when I had questions—it all felt automated and impersonal
